Senior Seminar--Description and Topics

One Wednesday per month from 6 – 9 pm
One of the most critical issues for our society is relativism--the idea that there are no absolute truths. By giving students a philosophical grounding in topics surrounding truth, knowledge, and tolerance, this seminar helps them to recognize and critique relativistic claims which are commonly made in the media, in public policy, and in the university. As a result, students will be better intellectually prepared to begin their college career.
