Are leaders born or made?  The answer--both.  But there are many different types of leaders--some extroverted, others introverted.  This seminar helps participants, regardless of their natural talents, first to understand the virtues necessary for leadership and second to start putting them into practice.  Classes include a mixture of lecture, discussion, and viewing of short movie clips.
