High School Retreats

What is a Retreat?

A silent retreat is a chance to step back from your everyday activities and spend fruitful time in prayer and reflection. A well-made retreat at the picturesque and tranquil Smith Farm on the Chesapeake Bay’s Eastern Shore will help jump-start your spiritual life. The retreat will be preached by a priest of the Prelature of Opus Dei who will be available for confession and spiritual direction. Activities will include talks on Christian life, times of prayer, Holy Mass, Stations of the Cross, recitation of the Holy Rosary, and hearty home-cooked meals.
