What is a Study Weekend?
Prepare for tests and finish papers with a weekend of serious study beside the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. The schedule will include several sessions of proctored, silent study (totaling 10 hours). In addition, there will be plenty of sports in the afternoon, and games in the evening. Holy Mass will be celebrated daily, and home-cooked meals will sustain you as you labor through your books.
To apply:
Students must be currently signed up for and attending the Tenley seminars. Fill out the application form. The director will notify students about acceptance to the study weekend on the Thursday before it begins.
Dates (2010): Place:
January 8 – 10 Smith Farm
April 30 – May 2  (Grades 11–12) Waterhole Cove
May 28 – 30  (Grades 9-10) St. Michael's, MD
Times: We will leave from Tenley at 7:45 pm on Friday and return to Tenley on Sunday at 4:00 pm.

Cost: $40. Cash or check payable to Tenley Study Center.

What to bring: Books, homework, long pants and collared shirts for Mass, sports clothes.

What not to bring: Electronic devices, towels.
